摘    要:研究了一种用以抑制光楔列线聚焦系统在靶面产生的干涉尖端的方法。由这种尖峰引起的小尺度不均匀性对X射线激光的产生是不利的。利用特殊分布的偏振态和位相,可把尖峰引向更密度伯程度,而且其对比度下降,这将有利于它通过靶物质自身的横向热传导而平滑化。对于四单元的列阵系统,甚至可将尖峰完全消除。

Abstract:A method of suppressing interference speckle pattern on the plane of target produced from the segmented wedge array (SWA) line focussing system is investigated. The small scale nonuniformity caused by speckle is un favorable to producing X-ray laser.By using special distribution of polarizations and phases, speckles can be concentrated in more density, and the contrast of speckle can be reduced, which would be useful to smoothing speckles by thermal conduction within the target. In particular, for the fourelement SWA system, the speckles can be even entirely removed by using the method presented in this paper.
