Fe-Al催化马来酸酐与丙烯酸丁酯的聚合

摘    要:研究了Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3(acac=乙酰丙酮)催化体系催化马来酸酐(MA)与丙烯酸丁酯(n-BA)的聚合反应,并考察了反应时间、反应温度、溶剂、催化剂浓度和主副催化剂配比对聚合反应的影响以及该反应的反应动力学.反应动力学研究表明,马来酸酐(MA)与丙烯酸丁酯(n-BA)聚合对单体的浓度呈一级关系,其表观活化能为32.3kJ/mol,且用红外光谱表征了聚合物结构.

Abstract:The copolymerization of n-butyl acrylate and maleic anhydride is conducted using Coordination catalyst Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3.Observation is focused on the effect of reaction temperature,time,solvent,catalyst and kinetics concentration to n-BA and MA copolymerization.Kinetic studies show that the copolymerization of MA and n-BA is in the first-order relation with monomer concentration.The activation energy is found to be 32.3 kJ/mol,and copolymer is characterized by IR.
