聚酯废料乙二醇解聚反应的研究

摘    要:在选定的条件下,使聚酯废料乙二醇解聚,反应产物中BHET含量高,易精制,对乙二醇醚化反应也有所抑制。BHET缩聚后得到的聚酯的各顷指标达到了纺丝要求,可纺性能良好。

Abstract:Poly(ethylene terephatate) (PET) waste materials were depolymerized by ethylene glycol under the selecting reaction conditions. Bis (2-hydroxyethyl) terephthatate(BHET)content of the resultant was considerable. The resultant was easily purified. The etherification reaction of ethylene glycol was also restrained. BHET was polymerized to give poly (ethylene terephatate), the quality index of which was up to standard. The spinnability of PET was better.
