微孔洞生长对板材拉伸过程中变形局部化的影响

摘    要:本文在作者提出的含孔洞材料下限本构方程的基础上,采用了初始缺陷带模型对微孔洞生长及分布对板材拉伸过程中变形局部影响进行了,分析着重研究了细观损演化规律对变形局部化模式及临界应变的影响,并成功预测了AISI4340钢板材拉伸试件变形局部化换稳为及失稳方向。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of void nucleation and growth on deformation localization in tensile sheet specimen is examined based on the lower bound constitutive equations for porous materials proposed by the present authors. The non-uniform void distribution effect is characterized by the initial imperfection band model. Emphasis is put on the influence of the microscopic damage evolution on the localization mode and the value of the critical strain. These analyses are then applied to predict the strain to localization and the orientation of the instable deformation band of tensile sheet specimens of AISI4340 steel. Good results are obtained.
