独活挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱法测定

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从独活中提取挥发油。采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析 ,找出最佳分析条件 ,共分离出50个峰 ,用归一化法测定其相对含量 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定 ,共鉴定了40个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的80 %以上。

Abstract:An essential oil was extracted from Angelica pubescens Maxim.f. biserrata Shan et Yuan by using steam distillation, and separated with different kinds of GC capillaries. The separate and analytical conditions were optimized. 50 compounds were separated, and 40 of them were identified from the oil by GC-MS. The components were quantitatively determined by normalization method, the amount of the identified components are account for more than 80% of all the essential oil.
