基于ANP-灰色聚类方法的供应链风险影响因素研究

供应链网络结构日趋复杂，需要识别供应链网络风险影响因素并对其进行分析．通过分析和识别出供应链运作过程中各种风险影响因素，构建了供应链网络运作风险影响因素评价体系，利用网络分析法对供应链网络风险影响因素和运作阶段进行分析，使用灰色聚类分析对风险因素进行评分，排序并筛选出重要的风险影响因素.通过对汽车零部件供应链网络进行案例分析，得知供应链网络结构特征因素相对于其他因素对供应链网络风险影响程度最大，在供应链管理和研究过程中应对其引起重视.

Research on Evaluation of Influencing Factors of Supply Chain Risk Based on ANP-Grey clustering Method

The structure of supply chain network is becoming more and more complex. In order to identify and analyze the risk factors of supply chain network, after analyzing and identifying various risk factors in the process of supply chain operation, this paper constructs the evaluation system of the factors influencing the operational risk of supply chain network, analyzes the influencing factors of risk and operation stages of supply chain network by using Analytic Network Process, and evaluates the risk factors by grey clustering analysis to rank and screen for significant risk factors. An empirical analysis of the supply chain network of auto parts shows that the characteristic factors of supply chain network structure have the greatest influence on the risk of supply chain network, which should be paid attention to in the process of supply chain management and research.
