摘    要:合成了一种新型共掺杂Er3 和Yb3 的氟氧化物 (ZnF2 SiO2 基质 )材料 ,研究了Er3 在这种基质材料中的吸收和在 980nm激发下的上转换发光 ,并对比了同等激发条件下Er3 离子在ZBLAN玻璃和这种氟氧化物中的上转换发光特性。实验发现两种基质中Er3 离子吸收峰位置基本相同 ,但吸收强度明显不同。氟氧化物中Er3 离子的上转换发光强度要低于ZBLAN基质中Er3 离子的上转换发光强度 ,不同的是Er3 离子在氟氧化物基质中红光发射强度要强于绿光强度。分析了两种基质中Er3 的上转换发光机制 ,氟氧化物基质中Er3 离子红绿光发射均为双光子过程 ,ZBLAN基质中Er3 离子绿光发射为双光子过程 ,而红光发射为双光子和三光子混合过程。

Abstract:A new upconversion luminescent material (fluoroxide material) co doped with erbium and ytterbium was reported. The absorption and upconversion luminescence were studied and compared with the upconversion characteristics of Er 3 in ZBLAN host. Although the absorption bands are same, the intensity of absorption is different from each other. The upconversion intensity of Er 3 in fluoroxide host is weaker than that in ZBLAN host. The red intensity is stronger than the green intensity in oxyfluoride host. The upconversion mechanism of Er 3 in two hosts was also investigated. Both the red and green emissions of Er 3 in oxyfluoride host are due to two photon process. The green emission in ZBLAN is due to two photon process, and the red emission is due to two and three photon processes.
