| 摘 要： | 北京政府时期,顾维钧是修改不平等条约外交的主角。顾维钧在具体的修约中采取了联美外交和个别交涉的策略。顾维钧修约外交的特点是:注重情报收集、原则性与灵活性相结合、中庸的政治理念、杰出的外交才能。顾维钧的修约外交,打破了列强在中国的不平等条约体系和特权。
