| Abstract: | Summary Embelin is employed as an analytical reagent for the estimation of (1)copper as embelate at pH 6.0–6.5 or as oxide by igniting the complex and (2) cadmium in solution at pH 6.0–6.5 as its embelate. Separation of copper and cadmium is effected at ph 2.5–3.0.
Zusammenfassung Die Verwendung von Embelin zur Bestimmung und Trennung von Kupfer und Cadmium wird beschrieben. Kupfer kann entweder bei pH 6,0–6,5 als Embelat gefällt und als solches ausgewogen werden oder es kann das Embelat zum Oxid verglüht und dann gewogen werden. Cadmium wird bei pH 6,0–6,5 gefällt und als Embelat bestimmt. Zur Trennung von Kupfer und Cadmium wird das erste bei ph 2,5–3,0 ausgefällt und als Oxid bestimmt, anschließend wird bei ph 6,0–6,5 das Cadmium gefällt. |
