喷孔内流对射流初始扰动影响的大涡模拟研究

摘    要:本文利用大涡模拟方法对喷孔内流和近喷孔区域的燃油雾化过程进行数值模拟研究。为了能更加准确地模拟喷孔内流,本文根据实际喷油器结构设定了计算域,能够考虑针阀、油囊和喷孔结构对喷孔内流的影响。结果表明:在考虑了具体的喷油器结构参数情况下,采用气液两相流大涡模拟能够获得与实验非常接近的喷束结构;喷孔内流的非轴对称分布是引起射流非轴对称型扰动的原因;这种非轴对称扰动使喷束变为非轴对称结构。结果还显示这种非轴对称扰动具有远大于表面波的振幅和波长。
