永磁导轨磁场的三维有限元计算及纵向磁场不均匀性分析

摘    要:在高温超导磁悬浮车永磁轨道中,由于轨道的连接处存在缝隙,将影响永磁轨道纵向磁场的分布。文中用CEDRAT公司的Flux3D电磁计算软件,建立了高温超导磁悬浮车导轨磁场的三维计算模型。该模型的计算结果与实验结果一致性较好。用该模型计算并分析了分段导轨连接处无缝隙和具有1mm、2mm和5mm缝隙时的导轨磁场;并分析了纵向磁场的不连续性。

Abstract:There should be air gap between two adjacent magnets in the NdFeB guideway of the High Temperature Superconductivity(HTS) magnetic levitation Testing vehicle equipment,which may result in the magnetic field discontinuities along the length direction.A tree dimensional(3D) model of a permanent magnet guideway(PMG) was built up using Flux 3D from CEDRAT corporation.The calculating result by the model was agreed well with the testing result.The magnetic field over PMG with 1mm,2mm,5mm air gaps and without air gap were calculated and analyzed,and the discontinuities of the magnetic fields along the length direction were analyzed by the model.
