大冷量长寿命斯特林制冷机热环境适应性试验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种大冷量长寿命斯特林制冷机的热环境适应性试验研究,包括高低温循环筛选试验、高低温性能试验及热真空试验,对试验结果进行了分析。制冷机采用板簧支撑、无接触间隙密封等先进技术,制冷量达到6.8W/80K,功耗不大于150W,工作寿命30 000小时以上。

Abstract:In this paper,the thermo-adaptability characteristics of a high capacity long-life Stirling cryocooler was analyzed by experiment.The experiment included thermocycling screening test,performance test with high and low temperature environment and thermal-vacuum test.The cryocooler adopted the advanced technology of flexure bearing and no-contact clearance seal.The performance of cooling power 6.8W at 80K with equal or less than 150W input power and life time more than 30000 hours was achieved.
