| Abstract: | A spectrofluorometric method to measure trace germanium in vegetables was established. Results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.569 ng/g, the accuracy of determination on the 1 microg Ge content was +/- 3.59%. The content of Ge in vegetables could be calculated from the standard adding method without extraction when using mixed acid digestion. |
