| 摘 要： | 目的探讨了儿童复发性口腔溃疡血清微量元素的变化。方法分别收集实验组和对照组静脉血清样品各50例,应用等离子体发射光谱仪测定Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg含量。结果儿童血清微量元素含量测定,实验组Zn含量明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,Cu、Fe、Mg含量与对照组比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论儿童复发性口腔溃疡的发生与体内缺Zn有关,值得进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate changes in children with recurrent oral ulcers serum trace elements. Methods Were collected in the experimental group and the control group, 50 patients serum samples intravenous application of plasma emission spectrometer Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg content. Results The results showed that： Determination of serum trace elements in children in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group Zn （P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no significant difference in Cu, Fe, Mg content compared with control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Children with recurrent oral ulcers occur in vivo Zn deficiency related, it is worth further exploration. |
