纤维素基磁性聚氨肟树脂的研究

摘    要:用醋酸纤维素包埋γ-Fe_2O_3作磁芯,经过接枝改性,首次合成了纤维素基聚氨肟树脂(MPAO)。实验结果表明,树脂有效地吸附Hg~(2-)、Cu~(2-)、Pb~(2+)、Ni~(2-)等重金属离子,优点是吸附速度快、易洗脱。吸附动力学证明化学反应是吸附速度的决定因素,与树脂吸附层的非交联结构有关。

Abstract:The cellulose-based magnetic polyamidoxime adsorbent (MPAO) were successful prepared first in our laboratory by the radical—induced graft polymerization of acrylonitrile onto γ-ferric oxide—embeding cellulose particles following by amidoximation with hydroxylamine. The experimental results indicate that these adsorbents are suitable for uptake of the heavy metal ions such as Hg~(2+), Cu~(2+), Pb~(2+) and Ni~(2+), etc. It combines the advantages of high adsorption rate with easy elution for bivalent cations listed above. From the data of adsorption kinetics studies, the adsorption rate was found to be controlled by the coordination reaction rather than mass transfer effects.
