摘    要:研究了锂-6玻璃闪烁体中Gd3+引入对其发光性能的影响,结果表明:锂-6玻璃闪烁中Gd3+的引入存在Gd3+→Ce3+能量转移机制,有利于提高玻璃闪烁体的发光强度,Gd3+的引入同时提高了玻璃闪烁体的光碱度,使发射波长产生了相应的红移,Stokes位移变大;Gd3+在锂-6玻璃闪烁中较佳掺杂范围在15%左右,过高会产生相应的浓度淬灭效应,反而不利于玻璃闪烁体的发光。

Abstract:Effect of Gd3+ on luminescent properties of lithium-6 glass scintillator was studied.Results of radioluminescence spectra showed that the introduction of Gd3+ in lithium-6 glass scintillator improved the luminescent intensities because of Gd3+→Ce3+ energy transfer,and at the same time,the introduction of Gd3+ increased optical basicity of glass scintillator,so that the corresponding emission wavelength red-shift and larger Stokes shift produced.The Gd3+ content in the lithium-6 doped glass had a better range about 15%,it was too high to enhance luminescence of lithium-6 glass scintillator because of corresponding concentration quenching effect.
