论军校学员当代革命军人核心价值观的培育

当代革命军人核心价值观是我军思想政治建设的基础工程,如何有效地培育是当前亟待解决的问题。军校学员当代革命军人核心价值观的培育应该针对学员的思想变化,紧贴实际,着力培养学员的军魂意识、感恩意识、奉献意识、责任意识、笃学意识,通过教学、管理、校园文化等途径内化于学员,使之成为军校青年学员的自觉行动。

Since the cultivation of contemporary armymen′s core values is the fundamental project of the ideological construction in the armed forces,how to cultivate contemporary armymen′s core values has become a burning problem demanding urgent solution.To solve this problem,the updated situation of cadets′ mind should be taken into consideration.In addition,the emphasis should be put on the reinforcement of the cadets′ senses of obedience,gratitude,devotion,responsibility and curiousness.Therefore,through ways of lecturing,management,culture influence inside the campus,the contemporary armymen′s core values could be transferred into the conscious activities of the cadets rather than a slogan.
