文学教育在军校学员和谐心理建设中的功能探析

摘    要:学员和谐心理建设是目前军队院校素质教育关注的核心,传统的以思想政治引导为主、心理咨询教育为辅的手段对学员和谐心理建设具有策略性的指导意义,但无法企及学员心理健康教育的方方面面。文学教育以其学科特长对学员和谐人格、健康心态及校园宽松心理成长氛围具有隐喻性的功能,能促进军校学员和谐心理建设工作,在多学科整合中构建合理有效的教育机制。

Study on the function of literature education in the establishment of military cadets' harmonious psychology

Abstract:At present,to establish cadets′ harmonious psychology sits at the heart of quality-oriented education in military academies.The traditional method,which takes ideological and political guidance as primary means while psychological counseling education as the secondary one,offers strategic guidance to the establishment of cadets′ harmonious psychology;however,it cannot cover all the aspects of mental health education.Literature education,with its characteristics,performs a metaphorical function to syntonic personality,good health of mind,and relaxed mental growth atmosphere,which can promote military cadets′ harmonious psychology to set up a reasonable and effective education mechanism in the multi-disciplinary integration.
