硬脂酸凝胶法制备的BaTiO_3微粉和陶瓷的特性

摘    要:要硬脂酸凝胶法制备了BaTiO3微粉和陶瓷.XRD、介电、压电和热释电性的研究结果表明,所有样品在室温下都呈立方钙钛矿结构,没有铁电性,但陶瓷有低温铁电性.XRD对这些样品所测的晶粒尺寸都有常规BaTiO3的铁电临界尺寸以下.基于表面层的成份偏析,我们对其晶粒生长困难给出了初步解释.

Abstract:Stearic acid-gel method was used to prepare barium titanate ultrafine powders and ceramics. All the samples were studied by XRD, deelectric, piezoelectric and pyroelectric mesurements.The results indicate that they all show a cubic perovskite structure and have no ferroelectricity at room temperature,but the ceramics have ferroelectricity at low temperature. Their grain size given by XRD methood is below the ferroelectric critical size of ordinary BaTiO3. A tentative explanation is presented for the peculiarities based on the nonstoichiometry at the surface layer.
