从对-苯二甲腈合成聚苯基不对称三嗪

摘    要:由对-苯二甲腈为原料,分别合成对-苯二脒腙和1,4-双(苯乙二酮)苯。将此两种单体于室温在甲苯酚中缩聚,合成聚苯基不对称三嗪,其η_(比粘)为1.93分升/克(0.5%甲苯酚,25℃),可以浇铸成为薄膜,并测定了其一般性能,这一高聚物具有良好的耐温性、耐水解性、抗张强度及电绝缘性等。

Abstract:A relatively high molecular weight polyphenyl-as-triazine (PPT) was preparedfrom two monomers--terephthalamidrazone and 1, 4-bis (phenylglyoxaloyl) benzene.ηinh was equal to 1.93 dl/g (0.5% in eresol at 25℃) and T, was 320℃ as determined by differential thermal analysis (DTA).This polymer film exhibited good thermally oxidative stability and it's tensile strength at room temperature was higher than 1000 kg/em2. When the film was treated in boiling water for 200 hours, it retained good insulation (30-35 μ, 1010Ω) and flexibility, and no change was observed in it's IR spectrum. The PPT film showed no loss in weight after being treated for 30 hours at 200℃ in water.
