电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中全磷

摘    要:以氢氧化钠做溶剂,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中全磷。方法检出限为0.025 mg/kg 。对实际土壤样品进行连续6次测定,方法精密度为1.27﹪~3.40﹪,回收率为95﹪~102﹪。经国家标准物质验证,结果与标准值相符。方法快速、准确。

Abstract:Using sodium hydroxide as the solvent,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometric determination of total phosphorusr in soil has been carried out.Study shows that the detection limit is 0.025mg/kg.Precision of 6 actual soil samples were 1.27%~3.40%,and the recovery rate was 95%~102%.The method has been applied to the determination of phosphorus in national standard reference and the results accord with the certified values.The method is rapid,accurate.
