去钴深度的测定及其对硬质合金性能的影响

摘    要:研究了原子吸收光谱法和辉光放电光谱仪定量测定硬质合金去钴深度的新技术。实验得到了腐蚀时间与硬质合金去钴深度、表面显微硬度的关系曲线,分析了去钴深度对硬质合金表面形貌的影响。

Abstract:A new method for testing the acid etching depth of WC-Co cemented carbide by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and glow discharge spectrometry has been studied.The relationship curves between etching time and acid etching depth,etching time and surface microhardness are obtained by experiments.Effects of the acid etching depth on the cemented carbide surface morphology are analysed.
