| 摘 要： | 集成LCD显示驱动器SD0432是深圳兴威帆电子有限公司生产的低工作电压串行接口芯片，它内部具有看门狗(WDT)及语音输出电路。文中介绍了SD0432的工作特性及工作原理，给出了SD0432与8051嵌入式微处理器的接口电路及部分程序代码。
