波控系统传输链路仿真设计

摘    要:波控系统控制相控阵雷达天线阵面波束的快速扫描,实现目标搜索和跟踪,是相控阵雷达的重要组成部分。波控系统传输链路用于波控主机和发射/接收(T/R)组件波控单元的信号传输。为了提高传输性能和可靠性,作者对波控系统传输链路进行了仿真设计,建立了包括PCB、连接器、传输电缆和匹配终端的传输链路仿真场景;通过ANSYS仿真软件对系统的传输拓扑结构、节点模型以及进程模型进行建模,对仿真结果进行了信号完整性分析,并在某产品上得到了工程验证。

Abstract:The beam-control system is an important part of phased-array radar, controls fast scan of antenna beam, which succeeds in searching and tracking targets. Transmission link of this system is used for signal transmission of beam controlled main engine and unit of array component. In order to improve the natural and reliability of signal transmit, simulation on beam-control transmission system is designed, including PCB, connector, electric cable and terminal matching in the simulation scenario. With the transport topology, node modeling and process modeling of the system by simulation software we analyzed the signal integrity of the result and got engineering verification for certain product.
