交流启动工作电解液的研究

摘    要:用异癸二酸铵作为主溶质,通过多种添加剂的共同作用,成功地开发出可用于220VAC交流启动铝电解电容器的工作电解液。用此电解液做出的40μF/220 VAC样品,在70℃加220 VAC,经过3万次的循环启动实验,实验结果良好。

Abstract:Use the ammonium octanedicarboxylate acid as the main solute, through a variety of additives chemical action, the 220 V alternating current (AC) start work electrolyte was developed successfully for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The samples 15 υF/220 VAC that produced by the new electrolyte have a good data after the 70℃ and 220 VAC, 30 000 times circulating start-up experiments.
