液膜法分离钒(Ⅳ)的研究

摘    要:本文用P204-兰113A-煤油组成的滤膜体系处理钒(Ⅳ)的溶液,并考察了表面活性剂、载体、外相pH值、内相酸度、起始钒(Ⅳ)浓度以及乳水比等因素对分离的影响。

Abstract:Liquid surfactant membrance separation of vanadium (IV) from acidic aqueous solution with ion exchanger, di ( 2-ethylhexyl ) phosphoric acid (P204), was studied. The various factors that effect on the separation including ( 1 ) emulsifier concentration, (2) acidity of internal phase, (3) pH of external phase, (4) Ve/Vw ratio and (5) the initial concentration of vanadium (IV) etc. have been determined. The stability of liquid membrane is not bad within 30 minutes ane the phenomena of breaking emulsion do not take place. The separation efficiency is more than 98%.
