摘    要:本文探讨了一般光学系统的成象自由度传递及信息量问题,计算了不同信噪比σ0n下一维相干光和非相干光照明的衍射受限系统的有效自由度数Noff,并与经典分辨率理论的象素数作了比较。

Abstract:The problem of transmission of degrees of freedom of a general imaging system is discussed in this paper. The effective number of degrees of freedom of 1-D diffraction-limited system illuminated alternatively by coherent and incoherent light in the different cases of signal-to-noise ratio σ0n, is figured out, and contrasted with the number of picture-elements based on the traditional resolving power.
