| Abstract: | The enantioselective formal synthesis of a natural antitumor product, (+)-ottelione A, was achieved through a catalytic enantioselective Diels-Alder strategy. These endeavors have led to the synthesis of a variety of synthetic analogues of this biologically potent natural product. |
