| Abstract: | In this paper,the fuzzy mathematical methods used in rock mechanics are reviewed. The applications of the following fuzzy mathematical theories to the rock mechanics are discussed in details: 1. Fuzzy sets theory (the application of the membership function); 2. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; 3. Fuzzy probability measures. |
