| 摘 要： | 对锌和尘肺病因，病理、发病机制以至防治等一系列相关的问题进行了较为全面深入的研究。包括锌抗镍煤尘毒性的模拟实验，锌抗粉尘体外ＡＭ毒性研究、锌抗粉尘肺组织细胞毒性研究、锌抗大鼠早期实验性矽肺病变影响的研究以及锌作用机制探讨等五方面的研究内容。

| Abstract: | The relationship of zinc with pnaumoconiosis was researched in detail. Zinc has an antagonism to poisonous effect quartz dust and coal dust with nickel on cell. The results suggested that mechanism of protection of zinc with biological membrane. |
