| 摘 要： | 介绍了超声转化蓝藻的方法，并用此方法获得了重组质粒ｐＰＲＳ－１转化Ｃｈｒｏｏｃｏｃｃｕｓｓｐ．的转化藻落。从这些转化藻落中检测到重组质ｐＰＲＳ－１．此结果证明重组质粒ｐＰＲＳ－１是一种Ｅ。ｃｏｌｉ和Ｃｈｒｏｏｃｃｕｓｓｐ．之间均可转化的穿梭质粒。

| Abstract: | The method of ultrasonic transformation to Cyanobacteria is described,andby using this method,transformant colonies of Chroococcus sp.by recombinant plasmid pPRS-1are obanied.The recombinant plasmid pPRS-1 is detected from these transtormant colonies.The results suggests that the recombinant plasmid pPRS-1 is a shuttle plasmid between E.coli-HB101 and cyanobacterium Chroococcus sp., |
