摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了冬枣中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜和锌的含量。结果表明,该法的加标回收率为96.7%~102.8%,RSD≤3.06%。该法操作简单,结果准确,为冬枣资源的进一步开发利用和栽培技术的改进提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The content of eight trace elements in Winter - jujube was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The recovery ratio of the method was from 96. 7% to 102.8% in the standard addition analysis and the RSD was less than 3.06%. The method was simple and accurate, it provides a scientific basis to the exploitation and utilization of Winter - jujube.
