基于轴承座结构的轧制力补偿与修正装置研究

摘    要:针对轧钢机轧制压力测试的准确性要求,提出了一种用于补偿轧制压力测试的传感器结构。该新型结构传感器有利于提高一般轧制压力测试传感器测试值的正确性,并进行适当的补偿与修正,避免因由轴承座与机架之间的摩擦力对传感器获取值的影响,改善了传感器的工作性能。建立补偿与修正轧钢机轧制压力测试装置的力学模型,并对该装置在工作时的测试特性进行了受力分析。在研究补偿与修正装置设计的基础上,开展装置的结构设计、理论分析和有限元验证。研究了常规轧制压力测试因忽视轴承座与机架之间的摩擦力对传感器获取值引起误差的因素,并提出了由附加拉杆传感器对传统轧制压力传感器测试值进行补偿与修正加以解决的办法。

Abstract:In order to solve the current conductive pole insulation bandaging, low efficiency, product quality was not high question, had designed a set of conductive pole insulation bandaging and processing equipment, such as rolling, tension winding and adjust key institutions as the main body, realized the integration of the insulating layer bandage and processing, greatly simplified the product machining process, the equipment of the bandage and the processing efficiency of the improved 5 times compared with the manual way, winding and quality from 85% to 100%. The equipment was simple in structure and easy to operate, which greatly improved the efficiency of wrapping and processing of conductive pole insulation layer, and improved the production quality of products.
