| Abstract: | The paper describes an application of optical fibres to hologram recording and reconstruction. A number of advantages over the conventional optical arrangements are described. A specific application is the use of the layout for a portable “holography kit”. The type of fibre to be used is discussed with reference to the radiation characteristics. An experimental verification of the scheme is presented. |
