Abstract:	In this work, an implicit iterative process is considered for asymptotically pseudocontractive nonself-mappings. Weak and strong convergence theorems for common fixed points of a family of asymptotically pseudocontractive nonself-mappings are established in the framework of Hilbert spaces.
