高温均相法二醋酸纤维素酯的研究——结构及其溶液微胶粒尺寸

摘    要:本文用 DSC、WAX 衍射和光电分光光度技术及粘度法研究了高温(100~150℃)均相法二醋酸纤维素酯(DCA)的结构及其微胶粒子尺寸。结果表明,DCA 溶液凝胶由于合成过程的因素失控致使反应不均匀性而产生的该法 DCA 溶液微胶粒子尺寸远小于光波波长,具有很好的可纺性能。


STUDY ON CELLULOSE DIACETATE PREPARED HOMOGENEOUSLY AT HIGH TEMPERATURE——THE STRUCTURES AND THE SOLUTION MICROGEL PARTICLES SIZE
Abstract:The structures and the solution microgel particles size of cellulose diacetate prepared homogeneously at high temperature(100—150℃) have been investigated by means of DSC,WAX-ray diffractogram and viscosimetry.It was found that any factor which during the preparation of DCA might make the product more heterogeneous may be a source of false viscosity,Controled homogeneous synthesis at 100—150℃ has derived a DCA which has good spinnability due to compromise between high degree of polymerzation and uniform substitution.
