高阶群速度色散对光纤超连续谱产生的影响

摘    要:介绍了SC谱的产生机理,并通过数值计算具体分析和比较了各种光纤中高阶群速度色散(GVD)对SC谱产生的影响。结果表明:二阶GVD为正的光纤中,三阶GVD不利于平坦SC谱的形成;在色散位移光纤(DSF)的反常色散区,三阶GVD(TOD)是平坦SC谱形成的决定因素;四、五阶GVD则对反常色散平坦光纤(DFF)和色散平坦渐减光纤(DFDF)中平坦、宽带SC谱的形成起着决定性的作用。

Abstract:The generation mechanism of SC is introduced. Then the effects of higher-order group-velocity dispersion (GVD) on SC generation in different fibers are analyzed and contrasted in details through simulation. It is found that the third order GVD (TOD) is disadvantageous to the flat SC generation in fibers with normal GVD but crucial to the flat SC generation in anomalous dispersion region of dispersion-shifted fiber (DSF). It is also found that the fourth and fifth orders GVDs are the decisive factors for flatly ultra-broadened SC generation from anomalous dispersion-flattened fiber (DFF) and dispersion-flattened/decreasing fiber.
