综合信息感知及关键技术研究

研究了美国军事变革的动因,分析了美国空军转型飞行计划的6个作战概念、转型能力计划和信息优势的需求。针对我国军队信息化建设对综合信息感知的需求,主要研究了以"持久监视"为核心目标的一体化综合信息感知系统研究思路及关键技术。并针对基于战术数据链网络支撑环境下的协同战场态势感知系统,围绕着系统的协同运行机制、协同应用建模、协同信息资源和网络支撑环境建设等关键技术及协同引擎开展研究,为综合态势感知提供技术支撑。

Research on Integrated Information Awareness and the Key Technologies

Based on the researches on USA military transforming intention,we focus on the six concepts of operation,the requirements of information advantages and capability plans on American military transformation.In order to supports the integrated information awareness needs of information revolution of our army,the process and key Technologies research of integrated information awareness system which supported the permanent surveillance is discussed.We discuss the key technologies and the progress of cooperative engine applications for system cooperative circulating mechanism,cooperative application modeling,cooperative information resources and construction of network supporting sub-system.These are based on systems analysis and engineering implement of cooperative battlefield situation awareness supported by tactical data-link network.
