摘    要:通过对膨化食品中甜蜜素(环已基氨基磺酸钠)的检测技术研究,建立了气相色谱法快速测定膨化食品中甜蜜素含量的方法。结果表明,用气相色谱法检测膨化食品中甜蜜素操作简单,可靠便捷。对膨化食品中甜蜜素含量的检测具有重要意义。

Abstract:Detection technology for cyclama in puffing food was studied to establish a determination method for cyclama content by gas chromatography. The method was simple,reliable and convenient. It is important for determination of cyclama content in puffing food.
