| Abstract: | Thalidomide has been found to exhibit weak nitric oxide synthase (NOS)-inhibitory activity. Structural development studies of thalidomide showed that some N-2,6-dimethylphenylhomophthalimide analogs possess NOS-inhibiting activity. |
