Abstract:The purpose of the work is the thermodynamics-based modelling of the polarisation and the deformation microstructure in the ferroelectric single crystal with the help of a laminate-based approach. The incremental variational-based rate-dependent macroscopic model for dissipative ferroelectric material 1] and the laminate-based microscopic model 2] established in the literature are taken as basis and shall be further extended to a single crystal laminate structure dependent on the loading frequency based on the coupled electromechanical framework taking the effect of polarisation into account.
