摘    要:本文介绍的生产工艺是在原1799-PVA生产线上不作过大的变动,仅改变醇解的部分工艺条件,就能得到1788-PVA产品的生产工艺.它着重介绍了对醇解时的原料配比、温度、助催化剂等的选择.并对1788-PVA与1799-PVA作了性能比较.

Abstract:The article was about the technology producing J799-PVA. Only the part of technological condition of alcoholysis is improved. It laid particular emphesis on the selection of allotting proportion of raw materials, of temperature and of catalytic promoter during alcoholysis. Properties between 1788-PVA and 1799-PVA were also compared.
