摘    要:本文通过邻苯二甲酸酐保护壳聚糖的2-NH2,在壳聚糖的6-OH上引入聚乙二醇单甲醚。再经脱保护基团、2-NH2挂接叶酸,合成了叶酸接枝的聚乙二醇化壳聚糖。目标物用FT-IR,1HNMR,UV-Vis进行了表征。

Abstract:mPEG and folic acid were grafted into chitosan for potential gene carrier for tumor cells.N-phthaloyl chitosan was prepared for protected amino groups of chitosan,then N-phthaloyl chitosan was reacted with MPEG iodide and removed N-phthaloyl group subsequently.Finally,the folic acid was grafted to the amino group of chitosan and O-mPEG-N-folate-chitosan derivative was prepared. The structures of chitosan and its derivatives were characterized and confirmed by ~1H NMR,FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy.O-mPEG-N-folate-chitosan may be used as potential gene carrier for tumor cells.
