摘    要:本文研究了含氧的二苯甲酮/叔胺引发体系中添加羧酸的作用,实验结果表明:体系中添加羧酸可以大幅度加快聚合反应。聚合速度与使用羧酸的浓度、系统中氧的含量、羧酸的碳链长度以及酸性等因素有关,并讨论了羧酸的加速机理。采用此体系引发MMA本体聚合时,量子收率达8.7×10~2。

Abstract:The effect of the addition of carboxylic acids to the benzophenone/tertiary amine initiation system containting oxygen was studied. The experimental results show that the polymerization can be accelerated to a greater extent by the addition of carboxylic acids to the system. The rate of polymerization is dependent on the concentration of acids, content of oxygen in the system, chain length and acid value of the carboxylic acid etc. The mechanism of promoting effect of carboxylic acids in this system are discussed. Using this system to initiate bulk polymerization of MMA results in an in-crease of the quantum yield to 8.7×102.
