生态技术栽培黄连的红外指纹图谱分析与表征

摘    要:分析研究不同的遮荫条件(人工棚架、杉树林下、玉米林下等)和不同的生长年限(1~5年)栽培黄连的红外光谱的“指纹特征”,凭借直观而相对量化的红外特征峰的相对强度来阐明对黄连生长影响的整体变化规律,确定生态技术栽培黄连药材的可行性。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR),从分子水平上快速准确无损地检测由于生长环境的不同而影响黄连生长的原因。遮荫条件不同对黄连根茎的整体质量无明显影响。生长年限对黄连药材中盐酸小檗碱的含量略有影响, 与HPLC的测定结果基本吻合。生态技术栽培黄连与传统人工搭棚方式栽培黄连其质量基本上是一致的。这一方法和技术对道地药材的规范化种植具有指导意义。

Abstract:The fingerprint features of infrared spectra for Coptis chinensis in different shading conditions(shelf,firry wood,corn wood) and with different ages(one year to five years) were studied.According to the ratio of characteristic peaks, the rules of the influence of shadings and ages on Coptis chinensis growth were illustrated,which confirms the feasibility of ecological planting technique for Coptis chinensis.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy was used to analyze the influence of growing conditions on the growth of Coptis chinensis.The shadings and ages have no obvious influence on the quality of Coptis chinensis root,which is consistent with the results of HPLC.The quality of Coptis chinensis with ecological planting is identical with those in shelves.Infrared technique provides a meaningful guide to standardized planting of medicinal plants.
