| 摘 要： | 以中国计量科学研究院实验基地为研究对象,开发完成了一套能耗监测与数据库管理系统。首先介绍了该系统的总体结构框架和各组成部分功能,尔后通过对实际运行能耗监测结果分析,发现了一些能源浪费问题,并给出了节能改进建议。
