| 摘 要： | 针对长期以来我国铁路道口安全管理中所存在不能科学计算和评估道口事故所造成的经济损失这一问题,首次提出和论证了铁路道口事故损失的基本概念,提出了一套铁路道口事故经济损失的定量评估方法.这套方法不仅适用于评估道口事故损失,也可做为评估其它铁路行车事故经济损失的参考.

| Abstract: | The economic losses caused by crossing accidents can't be caculated and estimated scientifically. It is a practical problem of railway safety management for a long time in our country. In accordance with this problem, for the firs time, this paper gives and demonstrates a general conception of losses caused by railway crossing accidents, and puts forward a quantitative me(?)hod to estimate the economic losses. Except for being used in es(?)imating the losses of crossing accidents, this method also can be used for reference in estimating the losses of other railway accidents. |
