摘    要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测枸杞子中无机元素的方法,并用该方法对枸杞子中Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd和Cr等24种元素进行检测.结果表明该方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,发现枸杞子中K、Na、P、Mg等元素的含量相对较高,而Co、V、Tl、Be较少,不足0.050μg·g^-1.

Abstract:The method for determination coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy of elements in Lychtm barbarum L. by inductively (ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was established in the paper. When using it to determine the 24 elements such as Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd and Cr in Lycium barbarum L. ,the results showed that this method was high accuracy and precision. And the contents of K, Na, P, Mg were more in Lycium barbarum L. ,however the contents of Co,V,T1,Be in samples were low,both less than 0. 050μg · g^-1.
