甘草多糖活性炭脱色工艺

摘    要:研究了甘草多糖活性炭脱色的工艺.以脱色率为评价指标,在单因素筛选的基础上,采用正交试验法对脱色工艺进行优选.实验表明,脱色的最佳条件为温度40℃、时间40min、pH 5.0、活性炭添加量1.5%.该脱色工艺具有一定的推广价值.

Abstract:Technological Process of discoloring polysaccharide from glycyrrhizin with active carbon was studied. The decolorization rate was used as evaluation index, based on single factor screening, to optimize the decolorization process by orthogonal test. The result of the experiment shows that the optimal conditions were as follows.temperature 40℃ ,time 40 min,pHS. 0 and amount of active carbon 1.5 %. The decolorization process has a promotion value.
