摘    要:对X射线荧光光谱(XRF)熔融法测定重晶石中BaO和SiO2的不确定度产生原因进行了分析,并用实例对其不确定度结果进行了仔细的评定,给出了测量结果的扩展不确定度值,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据.计算结果显示,该方法准确度高,不确定度来源主要是标样偏差和曲线拟合偏差.

Abstract:The causes of uncertainty produced in measurement content of BaO and SiO2 in Baryte by XRF mehing method, and the uncertainty had been careful evaluated with an example, The expanded uncertainty of measurement result were given and provided scientific basis for setting up of effective quality control. The calculation results show that, the determination methods could achieve high accuracy, uncertainty mainly comes from deviation of standard reference materials and curve fitting.
